Day 2 — Full Automation Builds, Intelligence Systems, and Strategy

Morning: Live Automation Builds The AI developer co-facilitates. The weekly digest system — form to sheet to Claude narrative to delivery — built end-to-end. Your CEO context packet configured and live. Your top workflow from your role audit automated and running in your real stack.

Afternoon: Intelligence Systems + Org Roadmap Pre-meeting intelligence workflow. NotebookLM setup and document synthesis. OKR narrative workflow.
